We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Generally, orders shipped to the United States will arrive within 3-7 business days, while UK/EU orders may take up to 2-7 days.

Shipping Locations:

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and EU outside of these select international destinations. we can also ship to other countries not listed above but shipping price will have to be checked with us before placing your order as it can vary depenidng on each country.

Shipping Fees: 

Shipping fees will vary based on the shipping destination and the weight of the package. You will be able to see the exact shipping fees during the checkout process before submitting your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We use a variety of carriers to ensure timely delivery of your package. Our standard shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS, Evri and Royal Mail and others.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions: 

There are some products that we are unable to ship to certain destinations due to local regulations or carrier restrictions. In such cases, we will notify you during the checkout process.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Create Joy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

 

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 31 plus days after delivery.
